What payment methods do you accept?

We work with Paypal. We accept any cards accepted by PayPal.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Milk Originals within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our customer service via email to update your order at contact@milkoriginals.com

How do I change or cancel my order?

The orders can only be changed before the payment goes through. Once the payment has gone through we have a system on order processing. If you believe that you might have ordered the wrong size or colour, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placement with no fee. Any cancellations after that period will incur a processing fee.

I'm in love with an item, but it's out of stock on the site. What should I do and how often do you restock?

We get new items frequently and is not likely that we will bring back a style. We do our best to get similar items to keep our stock rotating and looking fresh. 

How long after I place my order will it ship?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 3 business days for an order to be processed.

Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order. 

Please keep in mind that some of our products are produced on demand and might take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.

Can I have a 24h shipping?

For an express shipping email customer service at contact@milkoriginals.com to check the express fee to your country and if there is stock available or how long POD might take. 

I received a damaged Item, what do I do?

Please email contact@milkoriginals.com with order number within the subject and a brief description of the damage and pictures within 3 days of order reception. We will review the information and approve the return of your item. We strongly suggest including a tracking number, and insurance with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer service department at contact@milkoriginals.com within three days of receipt and let us know.

 

Does Milk Originals do exchanges? 

We can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time they receive the order and realize it's a wrong sizing. We encourage you to purchase in one of our official retailers if you'd like to try our products on.

How do I change or return my product?

Please email contact@milkoriginals.com with your order number, photos of the product/s to exchange or return and reasons. 

Does Milk Originals issue refunds?

Only on order cancellation within 24h of placement. In case of product return, an e-card for the store will be given to be spent in the next 3 months.
